연말의 마지막 하루, 연대의 온기가 이어졌다

해남의 연말 하늘 아래, 조용하지만 깊은 울림의 나눔이 이어졌다.

해남군장애인종합복지관(관장 김도영)은 복지관 후원회 나눔도반이 지난 12월 31일 지역 장애인 복지 향상을 위해 600만 원을 후원했다고 밝혔다.

‘나눔도반’은 2019년 창립 이후 해남군장애인종합복지관과 함께하며, 매년 변함없는 기부로 지역사회의 나눔 문화를 묵묵히 실천해 온 후원회다.

특히 오영동 회장을 중심으로 한 임원진과 회원들의 지속적인 연대는, 도움이 절실한 이웃들에게 단순한 지원을 넘어 ‘함께 살아가는 힘’이 되어 왔다.

이번에 전달된 후원금은 취약계층 장애인을 위한 맞춤형 복지사업과 복지관 이용자들의 삶의 질을 높이는 다양한 프로그램 운영에 소중히 사용될 예정이다.

일상의 작은 필요부터 삶의 방향을 바꾸는 지원까지, 후원금은 현장에서 체감되는 복지로 되돌아갈 계획이다.

김도영 관장은 “한 해의 마지막 날, 잊지 않고 따뜻한 마음을 전해주신 나눔도반 오영동 회장님과 회원 여러분께 진심으로 감사드린다.”며 “여러분의 꾸준한 응원과 연대가 우리 복지관의 든든한 기반이 되고 있다.

앞으로도 장애인의 삶 가까이에서 체감할 수 있는 복지를 실천하겠다.”고 밝혔다.

해남군장애인종합복지관은 앞으로도 나눔도반을 비롯한 민간 자원과의 긴밀한 연계를 통해 지속가능한 지역 복지 실현과 돌봄 공동체 확산에 앞장설 방침이다.

연말의 하루에서 시작된 이 온정은, 새해의 희망으로 이어지고 있다.

On the Last Day of the Year, the Warmth of Solidarity Continued

— KRW 6 million donated on December 31… an unbroken promise of sharing since 2019 —
Under the year-end sky of Haenam, a quiet yet deeply resonant act of sharing once again unfolded.
The Haenam County Welfare Center for the Disabled (Director: Kim Do-young) announced that its supporters’ association, Nanumdoban, donated KRW 6 million on December 31 to help improve welfare services for people with disabilities in the local community.
Since its establishment in 2019, Nanumdoban has stood alongside the Haenam County Welfare Center for the Disabled, consistently practicing a culture of giving through unwavering annual donations.
In particular, the continued commitment of its executive members and supporters, led by Chairman Oh Young-dong, has gone beyond material assistance, becoming a genuine source of strength and solidarity for neighbors in need.
The donated funds will be carefully used for customized welfare programs for vulnerable people with disabilities, as well as for operating various programs aimed at improving the quality of life of welfare center users.
From meeting small everyday needs to providing support that can change the direction of a life, the donation is set to return to the community as tangible, on-the-ground welfare.
Director Kim Do-young said, “On the last day of the year, we sincerely thank Chairman Oh Young-dong and all the members of Nanumdoban for sharing their warm hearts without forgetting us. Your continued support and solidarity have become a strong foundation for our welfare center. We will continue to practice welfare that can be genuinely felt in the daily lives of people with disabilities.”
The Haenam County Welfare Center for the Disabled plans to continue working closely with Nanumdoban and other private resources to realize sustainable community welfare and expand a caring, inclusive local network.
The warmth that began on the final day of the year is now flowing forward as hope for the new year.
